Flying Finish is a post-activation potentiation (PAP) training series designed to prime athletes for explosive speed, relentless drive, and dominant collision strength—ensuring every hit, sprint, and carry delivers maximum impact.
Through high-intensity resistance priming, sprint acceleration drills, and full-contact power training, this series conditions players to break the line, absorb impact, and surge toward the try line with unstoppable force. Whether it's charging through defenders, controlling the ruck, or chasing down a breakaway, athletes will build the reactive strength needed to execute clutch plays and finish with precision.
