"Resources" means everything we make available through our website, apps, email, SMS, social media, cloud storage and other approved platforms, including:
-
training programs, exercise plans and progressions;
-
workout videos, exercise demonstrations and technique cues;
-
coaching notes, check-in feedback and reviews;
-
nutrition guides prepared within our Scope of Practice;
-
readiness and recovery questionnaires, performance data and summaries;
-
downloadable and premade program and nutrition products from our shop;
-
website content, app-based programming and exclusive member content;
-
educational materials, images, graphics, written content, logos and branding.
-
-
Subject to these terms and to payment of any applicable fees, we give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use our Resources for your own training and personal use in connection with the services you have bought. The licence starts when you gain access and ends when your services end, unless we say a product is yours to keep, in which case the licence continues for your personal use.

Junior athletes. For an athlete under 18, a parent or guardian may view the athlete's program and Resources so they can support safe training. That access is for supporting the athlete only and does not allow sharing with anyone else.
-
You must not, and must not let anyone else:
-
copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, stream, transmit or distribute our Resources without our written permission;
-
share your login or give anyone else access to your account or paid materials (each athlete, including each family member, needs their own account);
-
sell, sublicense, rent, lease, assign or otherwise commercially use any Resource, including using it to coach others;
-
give or show our Resources to other coaches, teams, clubs, schools, training groups, businesses or friends, unless we have agreed in writing;
-
screen-record, capture, download or scrape videos, programs or app content, except where the app gives you a download feature;
-
copy our programs into another app, template, spreadsheet, website or social media post;
-
modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or make derivative works from our Resources, except where we expressly allow;
-
remove or hide copyright, trade mark or other notices;
-
use Resources in any unlawful, misleading, abusive or defamatory way, or outside the purpose of your program, package or membership.
AI tools
You must not upload, paste or enter our Resources (including programs, videos, written content or nutrition guides) into any artificial intelligence tool, chatbot or machine learning system to reproduce, summarise for redistribution, rewrite, or train or improve any model. Using a tool to help you understand or schedule your own program for your own use is fine, as long as the Resource is not stored, shared or used to train anything.

Where Resources are delivered through an account, app or portal, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Please tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed it. We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe there has been unauthorised sharing, misuse or breach of this policy. We will tell you why and give you a chance to respond, except where we need to act immediately to protect people, the platform or our legal rights.
All Resources, and all copyright, trade marks, designs, program structures, media, written material and digital content in them, belong to RSC or its licensors. Nothing in this policy transfers ownership to you. Some exercise content in the apps we use belongs to those providers, and their terms also apply to your use of it.
Content you give us. If you send us content such as videos of your lifts, photos, notes or feedback, you remain the owner. You give us a licence to use it to coach you, to review technique and to administer the services. We will use it for promotional purposes only with your separate consent, as described in our Privacy Policy and Terms. Please only send content you are entitled to share and that does not include other people's personal information without their agreement.
If Resources are shared with unauthorised people or used outside what this policy allows, we may, after taking the circumstances into account:
-
give you a written warning and a reasonable chance to fix the problem;
-
restrict, suspend or end your access;
-
ask the unauthorised user or platform to remove the content;
-
seek compensation for loss we have suffered as a result, as the law allows (including a reasonable amount for the period of unauthorised use); and
-
pursue other legal remedies.
We may act immediately, without prior warning, where the misuse is serious, ongoing or commercial in nature. Any rights we use under this policy are in addition to those in our Terms & Conditions and under law.

Our Resources are provided for general educational, coaching and service-delivery purposes. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or rehabilitation. You must not rely on them for anything outside our Scope of Practice, including diagnosing or treating injuries or prescribing rehabilitation. Nutrition Resources are general guidance within our professional scope and are not a dietitian's advice or a medical plan.
Before starting, you should complete our health screening and consult a qualified health professional if you have any condition or concern. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel unwell or in pain. Training carries inherent risk, and section 6 of our Terms & Conditions applies to its allocation. You are responsible for making sure the Resources suit your circumstances, equipment and training environment.
Some Resources are delivered through third-party platforms such as HubFit and other communication tools. Their terms, privacy policies and acceptable use rules may also apply to you. We are not responsible for outages, bugs or data loss that are outside our reasonable control, but we will take reasonable steps to give you your program another way if an app is unavailable.
We may add, change, replace, suspend or remove Resources or categories of Resources. If a change significantly affects something you have paid for, we will tell you in advance and deal with it fairly in line with our Terms & Conditions. We may update this policy; if a change is material we will give at least 30 days' notice, and you may stop using the Resources if you do not agree.
To the extent the law allows, Resources are provided "as is" and "as available", and we do not promise that they will meet your goals, always be accurate, complete or current, remain continuously available, or be free of technical faults. Nothing in this policy limits any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
If you become aware of unauthorised sharing, misuse or copyright infringement of our Resources, please tell us promptly at liam@resolutesc.com.au. If you believe our website or Resources infringe your own copyright, email the same address with your contact details, a description of the work, where it appears and why you believe it is infringing. We will assess it and respond in line with the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).
If you breach this policy, we may take any action we reasonably consider appropriate and proportionate, including warning you, restricting or suspending access, ending the service (with refunds as set out in our Terms & Conditions where applicable), and pursuing legal remedies. We will act fairly and consider the circumstances, including whether the breach was accidental.
This policy is governed by the law of the Australian Capital Territory, and the dispute process in section 19 of our Terms & Conditions applies.
